Why community owned?
Women’s health has been underfunded and overlooked for decades. We think the fix starts with who holds the keys. When the community owns the company, the company works for the community.
Owned locally
Community members can hold a real stake in Tuly, so the value created in mid-Michigan stays in mid-Michigan.
Answerable to women
Our owners include the patients we serve. Decisions about care are made with them, not about them.
Profits with a purpose
A share of what Tuly earns funds the Tuly Foundation, which brings testing and education to women who can’t afford it.

The Tuly Foundation is being formed
A separate Michigan nonprofit to fund access, education and women's health research — and a founding board is forming now.
Read moreTuly Health Corp plans to give up to 5% of its annual profits to the Tuly Foundation once it is established. The Foundation will be its own legal entity with its own board, bank account and mission: access vouchers, education pilots and independently reviewed research. Right now we are choosing the name, drafting bylaws and setting board criteria. If you want to help shape it — as a future board member, advisor or founding supporter — join the founding circle through the Get Involved form. Note: the Foundation is not yet formed and cannot accept tax-deductible gifts yet.
