Fund answers for women’s health.
Tuly Health pairs a home lab test with independent licensed clinicians and a real human on the phone. We’re looking for partners who want to build it with us — and share in what it becomes.
Investors
Help build a women’s health company designed to be owned by the community it serves.
- Review our business plan, financial model and feasibility study under NDA
- Ownership and profit share are available to those who invest, set out in formal documents
- Meet the founders and see our progress first-hand
Banks & lenders
We’re building relationships with local and regional lenders for equipment, working capital and SBA-backed financing.
- Detailed financial projections and use of funds
- Rooted in mid-Michigan, with local hiring plans
- Every document shared is logged and signed under NDA
Grant makers
The Tuly Foundation works to close gaps in women’s health access. We welcome program, research and community grants.
- Funds used only for the purposes set by each grant
- Full records of documents, agreements and communications
- Happy to meet any reporting and compliance requirements
Why community owned?
Women’s health has been underfunded and overlooked for decades. We think the fix starts with who holds the keys. When the community owns the company, the company works for the community.
Owned locally
Community members can hold a real stake in Tuly, so the value created in mid-Michigan stays in mid-Michigan.
Answerable to women
Our owners include the patients we serve. Decisions about care are made with them, not about them.
Profits with a purpose
A share of what Tuly earns funds the Tuly Foundation, which brings testing and education to women who can’t afford it.

- Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security. Any investment happens only through formal offering documents and applicable law.
- Sponsorships and grants
- Sponsorships are not investments and carry no ownership. Grant funds are used only for the purposes and reporting terms set by each grant maker.
