Tuly Health is an early-stage company. Information on this site describes our plans and goals, which may change. Projections are estimates, not promises.

Advisory and leadership positions are currently unpaid. Where offered, compensation is limited to profit share and/or ownership for those who invest, and only as set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties. No weekly pay or salaries are available at this time.

Not an offer of securities

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any investment opportunity will be made only through formal offering documents, in compliance with applicable securities laws, and only to eligible persons.

Confidential documents

Some documents, such as our business plan and financial model, are released only after you sign our non-disclosure agreement and your identity is confirmed. Your access link is personal to you. Do not forward, share, download for redistribution or copy these materials except as the NDA allows.

We log every time a confidential document is opened and may revoke access at any time.

Electronic signatures

By typing your name and checking the agreement box, you adopt that as your electronic signature and agree it has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, consistent with the federal E-SIGN Act and the Michigan Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. We record the date, time, IP address and a fingerprint of the agreement text you signed.

References and sponsorship

We seek credible references and unpaid sponsorship from doctors, medical representatives, colleges, and political and community leaders. A reference or sponsorship does not create employment, a partnership or any financial obligation unless both parties sign a separate written agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not use automated tools to submit forms, provide false identity information, or attempt to access documents or areas of the site you are not authorized to use. We may block access and keep records of misuse.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Tuly Health is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
