What we ask of partners

HIPAA compliance and a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where patient data is involved
CLIA / CAP certification for any lab work; FDA registration or clearance where it applies
Current certificate of insurance and GMP / quality documentation for physical products
Private-label terms: minimum order quantities, lead times, and co-branding options
Willingness to sign a mutual NDA before we share pricing or plans
