Information we collect

Contact details you give us when you email us, request a document, book a call, RSVP to an event or apply for a role: your name, email address, phone number, organization, title and message.

When you sign a non-disclosure agreement to access a confidential document, we also collect your full legal name, mailing address, company, your typed electronic signature and an image of a government-issued photo ID.

Technical information about each submission and document view, including IP address, browser user agent and the date and time. We use this to prevent abuse and to keep an accurate record of who accessed confidential materials.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule meetings, manage event attendance and consider you for advisory or leadership roles.

To confirm the identity of people who sign an NDA before we release confidential documents, and to keep a verifiable record of each signature, document delivery and document view for legal, grant and investor-reporting purposes.

To protect the site from bots, spam and automated abuse, including rate limits on forms.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Identity verification

When you upload a photo ID, it is checked automatically by an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to confirm it looks like a genuine ID and that the name matches the name you entered. The result is then reviewed by a member of our team before a document is released. Automated checks can make mistakes; a person makes the final decision.

ID images are stored in our private database and can only be viewed by signed-in Tuly Health administrators. They are never shown publicly or included in emails.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site on our behalf: Vercel (hosting and AI Gateway), Neon (database) and Resend (email delivery). They process data only to provide their services to us.

Katherine and Pete at Tuly Health receive an email notice whenever someone submits a request, so they can respond.

We may disclose information if required by law, or with grant makers, auditors or legal counsel when needed to document compliance, and then only what is necessary.

Retention and your choices

We keep signed NDAs and document access records for as long as the agreement and any related legal or grant reporting obligations remain in effect. We keep other contact information only as long as it is useful for the relationship.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing getinvolved@tulyhealth.com. If you signed an NDA, we may need to keep a record of the signature itself for legal reasons, but we can delete your ID image once your identity has been confirmed.

Security

Confidential documents are delivered through private, single-person links rather than as email attachments. Every view is logged. Access can be revoked at any time. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the smallest number of people who need it.

Health information

This website is not a patient portal. Please do not send us medical records or personal health information through these forms.
